Summary: Attractive and functional!
Comment: I bought this for a Samsung 46" TV (S4676S). I used Amazon "free shipping" and it arrived much earlier than predicted in fine shape.
Assembly required some minor rework on my part (confusion with deciding which side was left/right) but still completed within an hour. Looks great with the Samsung.
Minor complaint - "Cable routing" overstated - consists of 4 adhesive stick-ons to put on back of stand for binding cables. I only used one and it came off after a couple days due to continued weight/pressure of power cords going through it.

Summary: Not good enough for the price
Comment: It's a rip-off how much they are charging for those TV stands, considering a decent 46" DLP TV cost $1100 and less. This simple DIY stand is average, at most, in terms of look and quality, and the so-called wire management is just a piece of plastic and double-side sticker. I wouldn't recommend it if you have time to search for other choices.

Summary: looks great, but it's a little shallow
Comment: My wife and I have put off getting a media stand for a while, because we're ready to start getting some nice furniture, and we needed time to save up. But I got tired of having the TV on a coffee table, so we gave this stand a shot.
The price can't be beat. It as cheap as Ikea furniture and looks a lot nicer. It matches the television perfectly; I don't think we could have found a stand better suited to the space even if we'd spent twice as much. It also seems to be very sturdy. Each piece feels very solid, not like the cheap stuff you get from some furniture stores. And, assembly was easy; I did it by myself in less than an hour.
Despite the great look and solid feel of the stand, I must agree with other reviewers that it's a bit shallow. I disregarded their warnings since we don't have a lot of meida equipment (just a single-disc DVD player, TiVo, and a cable box). My DVD player and TiVo hang off the front just a little; the glass is about as deep as the equipment, but the cords get in the way. There is, however, plenty of horizontal space. We could fit a little more equipment if we had it.
Unless the limited shelf depth is going to drive you crazy, I'd highly recommend this stand. It looks great, and the price can't be beat.

Summary: Perfect for the price
Comment: Very easy to assemble. Looks very nice and couldn't be beat for the price. The two lower shelves are fine for typical DVD player, home theater center, etc. - but would not be deep enough for a DVD carousel changer. In case you're confused about the 40 or 42 inch width - it's just a matter of how you assemble the shelf supports to the legs - there are extra holes allowing assembly for either width. the 40" width results in the top shelf sides being even with the outer extremities of the front legs. 42 inch width results in front legs outer edge being 1 inch further out than the edge of the shelf.
It is also plenty sturdy.

Summary: Looks great. Works Great.
Comment: I've had the adjustable stand for quite some time now and must say that it was easy to assemble and shows no sign of breaking any time soon.
