Comment: I bought this for a friend who travels a lot on planes...and he LOVED it. I tried them out and the sound is fantastic. It really did a great job of eliminating noise, I can even listen to my classical music now...which is difficult with regular headphones (unless you blast it).

Comment: This was one of the best buys I have made in a long time. The headphones perfectly blot out enough road/rail noise on the DC Metro that I can still hear very fine sounds from my ipod with the volume at a far more comfortable level. It's expensive, but less so than a Bose system and from my point of view it'd be tough to improve on it.

Comment: This is my first set of noise-cancelling headphones and I find it amazing the way they block out all the "background" noise, yet still allow you to hear essential sounds. They make everything on my ipod sound clearer and louder. Love this product.

Comment: I purchased this product looking at other reviews, knowing that I would be taking 14 hour flights to and from China. The headset worked as great as it was advertised. The ambient sound was drowned out completely, allowing me to enjoy a movie or listen to my ipod without having to crank up the volume. The only dislike I think is common among over-the-ear headphones and if you wear glasses, they do press and cause some minor discomfort at times. But that is easy enough to overlook with the significant sound reduction that I experienced.
