Comment: I have had the Logitech Harmony 659 refurb for about a month now. It works as advertised -- does a great job of integrating all my AV devices. Setup was very easy via the Logitech web site. though at first the settings for my DVD player did not operate the player well. There was an update posted to the site about a week later that fixed everything. The buttons for "watch a movie", "watch tv" and "listen to music" make life easy. Push them and all the settings for the devices adjust at once. Just sit back and enjoy. The remote's screen is easy to read and the hard coded buttons logically laid out and easy to use.

Comment: I love this product. The interface is excellent - Watch TV, Play Radio, etc is one push of a button to turn on and adjust the devices to the proper settings. Then you can control the volume from one device, TV channels on another, etc. without pushing a button to change from device to device.

Comment: This is the best gadget I've purchased in a long time. We had four remotes laying all over our coffee table. We can now turn on specific devices already set for specific tasks with the touch of one button! We absolutely love it.
Programming was easy; downloading the settings to the remote after setup took about 10 minutes. The software ran great and connected to the website with no issues. Great product.

Comment: This is my first universal remote and I'm very impressed with it. I use it to control my HDTV, DirectTV HD DVR, Onkyo 7.1 surround system, HD-DVD player, and XBox 360. One touch switching between different video input devices. Initial setup was very intuitive and easy to modify later to remap keys to different functions. The setup had all of my devices listed and what was necessary to fully control them in their database so I didn't need to program the 20 or so functions some of the devices could do into the remote. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. It was refurbished but came in like-new condition and packaging.
