This device turned out to be an awesome accessory to my home theater experience. Replacing four remote controls with just one that is easy to use is fantastic. One especial feature that I think makes this device do so well is the help button. There were many times where something was not working properly or the user was not sure of what it was going on, and the remote's help key was able to provide the correct assistance in solving the problem. Now, the rest of the features were as expected on this type of device. Overall the Logitech Harmony 880 was a great choice at a good price; this was easy to program and intuitive device to use. I highly recommend the purchase of this remote control.

Comment: I have used many so called "universal" remotes through the years and none come even close to this beauty. It arrived 2 days ahead of schedule and I put it to use. The remote looks brand new! Previous reviews had mentioned issues with the charger, well I have to debunk that from my perspective. The remote charged to full capacity within 2 hours. The setup was easy (although I did have an issue getting the CD to load - which caused me to have to download the software from Logitech). The control of my devices was easy and intuitive with this remote. The macro functions are great as well! If I would have realized how good this remote was I would have paid the extra $$ for this years ago.
