Summary: Great All in One Remote, not one device
Comment: As many reviews state, it is true, this is probably the best universal remote you can buy. Setup is easy, it is done on your comptuer via a USB cable, and only done on the computer, no codes or anything to remember or write down. Remote feels great when holding, and is not too heavy or feels like your going to break it. Overall Logitech did a great job... but as others state, it would be bar-none the best remote on the market if it could use infared extender.

Summary: Good if the remote can "see" all the devices at once
Comment: The Harmony One is not compatible with the Wireless Extender. It has to be able to use the IR LED to signal all of the devices (Receiver, projector, sound system, DVD player, etc.) at the same time. When you push a button it needs to send signals to all of them, and you can't aim it at the different boxes in sequence. Other Harmony remotes (e.g. the 890) can communicate via RF signals to the Wireless Extender which you can position where it needs to be to control each of the devices. Unfortunately, the Harmony One is not compatible with the Wireless Extender. The screen is bright, clear, and easy to see. If you have all your devices in one place and can point the remote at all of them, it's a very nice controller. I had to send it back.

Comment: This is the greatest thing since the automobile, even my wife can work it! She's extremely intelligent but doesn't relate to these type of things. Very easy to set up and modify settings. I had a Sony touch screen remote for years but the ease of operation and versatility of this product blows Sony away. Would recommend to any and all!

Summary: Simply unbelieveable.
Comment: This remote is simply unbelieveable. I've never had another remote that even comes close to this one in its simplicity in both setup and use. I also have a Harmony 520 which is pretty good, still better than any other I've had, but the One is in another league.

Summary: Funny, but a little complicated sometimes
Comment: The URC feels good in my hand, is good looking, has a nice weight. The set-up is a little bit boring.
The software, if you are not in a very good mood and has no good habilities with computer AND the stuff you are configurating, might be complicated.
One thing that is annoying is if you want to reduce quantity of commands in your touch screen panel... might take more than an hour just to exclude the useless buttons and redefine the pages.
I am still trying to "dominate" the remote, therefore I cannot blame it for things that it may do and I haven't found.
I would recommend it if you want a fair price, pretty high tech and ergnomic version of URC.
