Comment: This lil' gadget really does work. Simply hold the mute button down until you see the TV mute, then quickly let go. Now you should have control of the television. Works on many of the TVs I've come across with the exception of a few here and there. The only problem is that sometimes it takes a little longer to cycle to the correct mute code. That's assuming if it has the correct code. Another person also stated it would be nice to somehow have the ability to upgrade the firmware and codes on it.
In any event, you're going to have fun with this thing. I've gone into banks, megastores, supermarkets, shops and dicked around with their TVs. Its just hilarious to watch a whole bank of Samsungs flick off at Circuit City.

Comment: This little remote is amazing. Within about 10 seconds on average, we got it to sync with just about all the tv's we could find. I would say 1 out of 20 doesn't work well with this one.
Off topic: It's hilarious watching people's reaction when you turn the volume up all the way in a Wal-Mart or restaurant.
Its only real limitation is that you need to be about 10 to 15 feet at most to be able to use it.
Love the item, makes a great gift to anyone.
