Summary: I love using this at Wal-Mart
Comment: I love using this TV-B-Gone at Wal-mart. All their TVs are always so loud. I sometimes give it to my grandchildren to shut the Department store TVs off. I have own this product for over two years and carry it all the time. The best part happens when you visit someone home and they don't shut the TV off - I do it for them. Summary: fun at the doctors
Comment: I don't have this model but I have an updated one that changes the channels and volume. I first tested it 3 days ago at the doctors office...they had a soap oprea playing and i changed the channel to Jerry Springer and blasted it. The comments and reactions to people in the waiting room was pricelss. One person stood up and turned the TV off, just to have it turn on when they sat down.
I recommend this version here for anyone who is anti or pro tv and wants to walk around turning them ofr and on. You can have lots of fun...even if your a student you can turn off a boring film in class.

Comment: Product was ordered as a Christmas Gift. I tested it a few times on a large screen LCD TV as well as an older projection TV. The gadget turned off both within a minute, and back on when pressed again. The recepient of the gift tested his with similar result. Item works as advertised.

Summary: Awsome concept, Poor functionality
Comment: I was overjoyed to find this device as an xmas stocking stuffer for my girlfriend, who despises indiscriminate TV exposure. Unfortunately the device only seems to work on about 1 out of 15 televisions.

Comment: This little gadget has been a lot of fun for me. I have gone to best buy, sports bars, and friends houses and confused a lot of people with it. I was at a party where some people were playing guitar hero on a big screen TV and I kept turning it off in the middle of their game. They got pretty pissed and finally gave up. They thought there were too many appliances plugged in at the same time. I really enjoy confusing people with this remote. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it would be nice if it had an off switch. I have wanted to stop it after if turned off a few tv's so I could aim it at others, but you have to wait for it to cycle through all of the codes before it shuts off automatically. That is my only complaint with it. I highly recommend buying one, or 20 of them.
