Summary: Buyer Beware
Comment: I was delighted at first with Windows Live One Care - thought I would put it on all my machines. Got to the end of the trial period and spent hours (literally) and numerous long distance calls attempting to pay for it. None of the staff seemed to know that because I live in Bermuda I could NOT buy it. No reason given. Eventually gave up and had to uninstall totally because I kept being prompted to pay up. Be SURE that you live in one of the geographic areas that support this software. Check first before bothering with it.

Comment: This is the 2nd year I have used the Mocrosoft One Care product for my PCs. I am happy with the product and I am Very happy with the Amazon price.

Comment: While visiting a friend, she had a computer repair tech at her house to fix her problems with her computer. While talking with him, I had complained about the slowness of my computer. He suggested Windows One Care Live. Ordered it . . .
Installation was easy, registering it was easy, and since then, computer runs so much faster. No major slowdowns, when I want to do something, as was happening with previous system.
Well worth the money . . . certainly plan on renewing this when it is up for renewal.

Comment: Personally, I am moving to Apple products, but for my Dell computers, I do use the program and I find to to be adequate. You must renew every 12 months, but can use on 3 machines. Watch your Sunday paper adds for prices lower than offered by purchasing directly via Microsoft.
