Comment: I ordered this a few weeks ago, order went through, item described as in-stock. a few days later they cancel my order and give no excuse or anything. The order doesn't even show up in my amazon order history. Great service when they just wipe an order away as if it never happened. Don't risk it buying from these guys, you're just wasting your time.

Comment: Using five of these with five sets of built-in speakers connected to a media center with a 900 Watt Yamaha amp on low setting highly recommend this volume control. Easy install with wall cutout plate for easy mounting no outlet box required can be installed easily in drywall.

Comment: Great in-wall speaker volume control. Nice and modern design. Only thing is that for some reason, my boxes do not sit super tight to the wall. I have it installed just next to the light switches, and this box sticks out slightly further than the adjacent electrical cover plates.
Very pleased with this product.
