Comment: I bought this mount for my 42". Well built and strudy....once bolted to the wall, I had no reservations about doing chin-ups from one of the cross bars. I weigh 185lbs. In a nut shell, a solid, no nonsense flat panel mount. I also bought one for my 32". Would purchase again if I need another.

Comment: The bracket sticks out three inches from the wall. the TV is 3-4 inches in depth so over all it sticks out 6-7 inches from the wall. This is a well built sturdy bracket which mounts easily. I would recommend it to others with a larger plasma TV. The price was outstounding and probably unbeatable. I am happy with the purchass allthough something that swung out to pivot the TV from right to left would have been nice. Again this bracket worked out well for me.
