This is an additional RF transmitter for the NGHP 418 MHz RF Remote Control Extender. It allows you to use multiple remotes off of one receiver base. This is only the RF transmitter; it does not have the receiving base. *RF range will very depending upon the layout and construction of your home. Included battery is NiMH. Note: The RF signals sent from the transmitter will not directly control SAT receivers or other A/V equipment which receive RF signals. The RF transmitter operates on a different frequency, 418MHz, and will only "talk" to the RF base station.
