Summary: Fantastic Remote
Comment: I bought this remote a year ago, and couldn't be happier with it. It controls our Magnavox TV, Panasonic VCR, Philips DVD player, and even our ancient JVC shelf-top stereo.
The fabulous thing is that it's so upgradable. When I bought it, digital TV tuner boxes hadn't come out yet. But when I called the company upon purchasing the Zenith digital TV converter box in June, I just held the remote up to the earpiece of the phone and they were able to update its programming on the spot. So now it controls the DTV converter, too!
Please buy a remote from One For All. They deserve to stay in business for making such a good product.

Summary: IMPOSSIBLE
Comment: I have had this remote for 2 months - works on everything but my home theater system (Samsung HT-Z310). Tried the learning feature, no good. Tried calling customer support - for the last 3 weeks all I get is a message saying they are having "technical difficulties". This thing is pretty useless without the updated codes. I bought it because reviews said tech support and the remote itself were highly rated. Huge mistake!

Comment: This remote has lots of features, but the keys are small and thus hard to read, even with the backlight. If you have normal vision it might be OK.

Comment: This remote does it all, at a great price. We got everything but one item up and running easily. We simply called the company and they downloaded the code into our remote from our cordless phone. Works great!
